How to Apply?


Before you submit the application for admission to Stansfield College, please ensure that you have met the admissions requirements for the programme that you are interested in. The admission requirements can be found on the pages which provides the course details of the respective programme. Do note that the University considers applications from mature students or students with non standard qualifications. Some of our programmes also considers and accepts students based on the outcome of an admission test and interview. Please be advised that the application and registration process with University of London is carried out separately.

Application Forms

Applicants may download and submit a copy of the application for admission form which can be found on the Stansfield College website (select ‘Admissions’ from the menu bar). Alternatively, you may also call our hotline for a copy to be sent to you or pick one up from the College in person (you may also clarify any queries you have during your visit).

Supporting Documents

Before the application closing date, you must:

  1. Have attained the minimum qualification required for the programme, and
  2. Submit the following documents:
    • Duly completed application for admission form
    • Copies of academic certificates and results transcripts (Please bring along the original documents for verification at Stansfield College)
    • Two coloured passport-size photograph with white background
    • Copy of NRIC or Passport

Any supporting documents which are not in English will have to be translated and notarised). All such documents submitted to Stansfield College will NOT be returned.

International Students

Stansfield College assists its international students with the student visa application. International students requiring the visa are also required to complete the Student’s Pass application form available on the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority’s website or on our College website. The student visa application is subject to approval from the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority’s (ICA).

For international students who are working full-time in Singapore and wish to study on our part-time programmes, please provide a copy of your work pass indicating the FIN number.

Application fee of $428 (This fee inclusive of 7% GST is non-refundable and non-transferable)
Foreign student fee $1070 (This fee does not include ICA pass issuance fee. applicable for International students only)

Application fees can be paid by cash, VISA or Mastercard, cheques/bank drafts. Cheques and bank drafts should be crossed and made payable to “Stansfield College Pte Ltd” with your name, NRIC or passport number and programme title indicated on the back of the cheque. Application Outcome

All applicants will be informed of their application outcome in writing before course commencement. Verbal offers of admission will not be made nor accepted. The Admissions Committee selects students for admission into the programme based on individual merits. Possession of one or more of the qualifications listed does not guarantee automatic entry to the programme.

Stansfield College and University of London reserve the right to withdraw an offer of admission and cancel the enrolment of any person where such an offer has been made on the basis of incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the applicant or a certifying authority.



To confirm the acceptance of offer, the successful applicant will have to comply with the following steps before the stated deadline:

  • Submit a copy of the completed and signed Form 12 in accordance with the private Education Act
  • Submit 2 copies of the duly completed and signed PEI-student contract
  • Submit all other required documents to Stansfield
  • Make the course fee and all other relevant fee payment for the year to the College

Please note Stansfield College conducts preparatory courses for the University of London programme
